Oh My Goodness!!! MORE NEW BOOKS!!!

We are getting more and more new Young Adult titles every week! This week's new items are...

On-Site-Checkout at the High School!

Thanks to all of the students who stopped by my table today at the high school!!!

Are you wondering why I was there....?

Well....I will be visiting the high school on every other Tuesday during lunch to bring items students have requested from the Burbank Library. While I am there, you can stop by and pick up a library card application and request items you would like to checkout from the rural district. If we don't have the items you would like, then put in a purchase request!

We want to know what how we can better serve the teens in our community! Please stop by and make suggestions for activities you would like the library to host for teens.

See you again on Tuesday, March 6th!!!!

Homework Night!!!

Homework Night at Burbank Library

High School Volunteer’s Sign-up

Start Date: Thursday, February 2nd
Time: 6:00-7:30

What: The Youth Program at the Burbank Library is starting a program to support middle and high school student with their homework. The program will be the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month.

Goal: Is to have high school students, who are familiar with the assignments and subjects, as volunteers to help tutor their fellow students. This provides an opportunity not only to help other students but also, to earn volunteer hours for school or church.

If you are interested in volunteering one night or more, please come into the library and sign-up or send us a message on Facebook.

Thank You
